| Now is such a great time to buy!!! Everyone is listening to the news media and we get caught up in the doom and gloom, but the truth still remains - NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY! You ask, 'why'? Well, first because there is a great inventory out there. No this isn't great for the sellers, but if the seller has the house priced correctly, then it will still move!! Secondly because the interest rates are low. They do change daily, but with the help of quality mortgage/loan officer you will know just the right time to lock in. Also, don't be fooled by the media telling you there is no money or that the 100% loans are gone. There is money out there to loan with the right credit score. There are USDA Rural loans available that give you 100% financing. I just have to find you the right house in the right area. A big reason for a first-time home buyer to buy is the (up to) $7500 tax credit from the Federal Government for houses closed by 12/31. So as you can see - NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY!! |
